On paid offers there is no continuity charges, you will only be billed once
for your purchase plus shipping & handling where applicable. Paid Offers
is a one-time non-recurring fee.
2. RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to
be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality
and selection to our customers. You may return any unused and unopened item
purchased from us for any reason within Thirty (30) days of your purchase. If
you purchased your merchandise through a "Buy Two, Get One Free" or
similar offer, all items must be returned in order to receive a refund. If you
return a partial amount of merchandise, you will forfeit the free product and
receive a refund on the discount price per item based on the total purchase.
Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the Product was delivered
to you defective.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests
refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering
process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing
and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable
to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
4. CHARGEBACKS and REVERSALS
We handle all chargeback’s and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent
use of our product offer and/or theft of product. In cases where we have provided
a product and we have verified that a client has received a product and/or refused
or returned product(s), whether or not they have used the product in any way,
possible actions taken by company may include filing a complaint with the Internet
Crimes Bureau and/or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate
authorities in your state to investigate theft of product and possible mail
fraud which is a Federal Crime. All cases of chargeback requests will be vigorously
fought by company. BE AWARE that if you choose to claim your online transaction
was fraudulent that all activity and IP address information is captured. This
digital proof of whom and where the order was placed will be submitted to the
proper authorities. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case
against a customer if there is fraudulent use or theft of product(s).

SHIPPING
Our standard ground shipping takes from 5 to 10 business days within the continental
United States. Generally international shipments take 14-21 business days from
day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason.
If you have not received your order within 21 days from your purchase date, please contact customer support at 1-877-836-4640 or support@ultrathinfast.com.
If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order.
